Orcas are some of the most socially complex creatures, both with their family bonds and their maternal bonds — this is one of the reasons I find them fascinating.

If we could find ourselves treating one another (NOT OTHER ANIMALS, THAT IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT ISSUE) like orcas do amongst themselves, perhaps we would be able to transcend wars and find a way to peacefully coexist.
