“Duality II” 24x30 inches

The circles in this piece were made solely with materials that we all throw away regularly… the idea with this sustainability series & this piece is to highlight the possibilities that we have with the materials we would normally deem as “trash”.

The dual imagery in this piece plays with the idea of the dark and the light, balance, and the yin and the yang — but also reminds us that we can hold multiple ideas at once, and accept that many versions of one thing are true. This is true in recovery as well.
